Our Rebuilding Process
PHASE 1
Site Inspection
The first step in the ReBuild process is a thorough fire damage assessment, followed by Hazardous Materials testing and disposal per state guidelines. We trust this critical task to our industry partner, JLM Environmental who specialize in Asbestos, Lead, Smoke / Fire & Air Testing and offers in-house lab analysis to provide fast, accurate results toward cleanup efforts.

PHASE 2
Site Prep
Following site inspection and hazardous materials clearance, your site is ready for cleanup and preparation for new works.
We’ve partnered with Elite Engineering, experts in demolition, earthwork, and site shoring, who bring technical know-how, specialty equipment, and numbered manpower to get the job done. As our ‘boots on the ground’, they ensure a cleared and secure site, pre-packaged for Phases 3 & 4.

PHASE 3
Design & Permitting
Occurring in tandem with site preparation, the design team of BFDB, Inc. initiates the Design phases of the project and sees that through to final permit approval. PHASE 4
Build
As a fully integrated Design and Construction team, we take a lot of pride in having the ability to build our own projects, rather than trust someone else to. At the earliest stages of Phase 3, we’ll begin costing the project to shape design efforts and visa-versa, eventually arriving at a finalized budget plan ready to build.
With approved plans in hand, the site is mobilized and work begins, with BFDB, Inc. taking the lead role as General Contractor and Project Manager in one. The jobsite runs 6 days a week with minimal delay due to weather, costly design changes, or trade overlap. Just solid progress, with one point of contact till close-out.
